Ethipian Higher Educaiton Alliance is established through Kefeta project for improved career services. 11 Universities and 11 Polytechnic colleges came together forming an alliance for improved career services. The Alliance provide professional development for academic staff, training for students, and link employers with well-qualified graduates with the goal of boosting employability, connect graduate with employment and facilitate self-employment:

Facilitate Self-Employment
To be a successful business owner, you need specific competencies like financial and business literacy, entrepreneurship fundamentals, and self-management. Your Career Center can provide you with specific guidance and training opportunities and connect you with seasoned entrepreneurs.
Connect Employers and Students
We facilitate both in-person and virtual connections through Handshake to build a meaningful relationship between employers and graduates. You get to know them and they get to know you.
