Who We Are
The Career Centers Alliance is a network of career service centers from 11 universities and 11 polytechnic colleges across Ethiopia.
We work together to help students achieve dignified and meaningful livelihoods. For us, success is not measured by graduation rates but by how many students transition into productive and fulfilling careers.
Our Background
Career centers and vocational guidance offices had been serving students for years before coming together as one coordinated body. The Alliance was established to promote collaboration, share experiences, and combine efforts to create stronger, more effective career services.
The initial formation of the Alliance was supported by Arizona State University, followed by continued support from Brandeis University.
Amref Health Africa facilitated coordination and project management, ensuring effective implementation and long-term collaboration among participating institutions.
